been there. done that. trying something new from today.
starting with a confession. and acceptance. here it is.
in the last 6 years i have gone from 81kg to 110kg. over the last 18 months there was a lot of progress. i was under 100kg for few months of 2013 - when i was doing TRX regularly, walking 6kms in 1 hour.
but i took my eye off the ball in the the first quarter of 2014. i am back at 101kg.
i am going to document a progress report on this blog. and not publish or post it in any forums. this blog is just for my own sake. over the next few weeks i will post my blood work, lipid profile, fat %, musculature, metabolism etc.
and track progress on that front too...
the first challenge is touching 90kg in the next 9 weeks (10 kg in 9 weeks). along the way, i am going to focus on stamina, endurance, agility.
here is to another beginning. and desperately wishing for persistence and perseverance.
