The Bet: #20kgsIn6mths


Twice every year i make weight loss resolutions. 
The first resolve happens on 1 January - to achieve some health goal till my birthday... And my second one is post birthday goal - to become healthy and better by end of the year. 
Yup, that's the fattest pose.

This has been going on for many many many years. I have said "I want to break the cycle" many times. This has become a joke... I mean i have managed to kick some deadly habits, i have stayed *clean* for years, i have even exercised for 3 months regularly. So why is it that i am unable to stick to a program and lose some fat.



I am putting a wager on my performance. In the next 6 months (1 July to 31 December), i am going to lose 20 kilos. Achievable? What do you think?

Since i have failed miserably each time i have started a weight loss initiative, I am offering 1:2 odds. You can bet up to Rs 1000 on me.

Say, you bet Rs 1000/- that i WONT hit my target:
If i DONT - i donate Rs 2000/- to charity. 
If i DO - i take your Rs 1000/- and donate it to charity. 
Frontal isn't looking that bad...


I will donate my winnings or losses in half and half to http://www.secmol.org and http://www.akshayapatra.org which are two NGOs in India.

You can also support me by not asking me out for drinks or / and dinner from Saturday to Thursday (Friday is the cheat day). When i am going to order samosas and cheese dabeli, ask me to get fruit. You know, be the supportive person...
